The launch list
When online signup is available and you sign up, we collect your email address and a record of your consent, including the date and the wording you agreed to. With your consent, we use this information to email you about wee Technologies product launches and early access. Joining is optional.
Keeping the website working
We use a temporary, pseudonymous record of your network address to limit repeated form submissions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse. Rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed at the next enabled form request. Our hosting provider may also process connection and security logs to provide and protect the service.
Who handles your information
Vercel hosts this website on our behalf. When online signup is available, Neon, part of Databricks, provides the database for launch-list entries and consent records. The database is configured in London. These providers and their service providers may also process information outside the UK, including in the United States, to operate, support and protect their services. A London database does not mean that all processing takes place in the UK.
Before online signup is enabled, we require appropriate data processing terms and safeguards for restricted international transfers. The providers’ published terms describe safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum where applicable. Read the Vercel data processing terms, Neon platform terms and incorporated Databricks data processing terms. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards. Access to the launch list is restricted to authorised people acting for wee Technologies. We do not sell your information. We will identify any additional email delivery provider before using it.
How long we keep it
An online launch-list entry expires 365 days after signup and is excluded from use, then deleted at the next enabled form request. Unsubscribing removes it from the active launch list sooner. Separate audit records use a random reference, the action and time, without your email address or network address. These records are kept for 365 days and removed through authorised maintenance. Hosting backups may retain copies until the provider’s normal backup cycle expires.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using our unsubscribe form or by emailing us. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and exercise other applicable rights, including restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

Cookies and tracking
We do not add advertising or analytics trackers or cookies to this landing page. We do not use launch-list information for automated decisions or profiling.
