About us

A family business
from Glasgow.

We build software and automations for business owners who spend too much of the week keeping things moving. Our founder, Dan Cook, got started with a job that kept landing on his own desk.

Dan Cook · Founder

It started with driver payments.

I run a private-hire business in Glasgow. Every week I pulled together the driver figures, arranged the payments with the bank and let each driver know. I could have handed it to someone else, but it was a pain to do and even harder to explain. The more drivers we had, the longer it took.

I tried automating the payment admin. Getting hours of my own week back felt like magic. I’ve built hundreds of automations since then, learning which steps can go and where someone still needs to make a decision.

Your systems don’t need to be perfect

I’ve worked from spreadsheets and shared workbooks too. There’s no embarrassment in showing us a process held together by workarounds. We’ll listen, explain what could help and work out a sensible place to start.

See how a dashboard can bring the work together.

What those hours meant at home

My daughter Avery is a wee problem solver herself. Those hours gave me more time with her and with Irene. I’d like other owners to have that time with their families too.

Why “wee”?

It’s Scottish, it’s how I speak, and I wanted it to feel easy to ask for help. Bring me one wee problem. I’ll sit down with the person who does the job and work out what might make it easier.

I learned to build software in my own businesses. Sometimes a setting or a better handover does the job. When a business needs its own app, I use AI-assisted tools to build it and test it with the people who’ll use it.
