02 · Invoice handling

Get invoices where they need to go.

Downloading and forwarding invoices takes time. We can connect the places invoices arrive with your accounting process, including Dext, and give your team a clear way to handle exceptions. This example draws on an earlier invoice-routing implementation.

  2. Checks
  3. Filing
  4. Dext

Could suit: Businesses handling supplier invoices and finance teams.

04 · Custom dashboards

Move beyond the shared workbook.

When information is scattered across spreadsheets and messages, it is hard to see what needs attention. We build dashboards that bring work, responsibilities and useful information together. Our work on Myle Ops shows how this can support a real business.

Could suit: Field services, maintenance, transport and growing teams.

Start where you are

Your systems don’t need to be perfect.

A spreadsheet here, a shared workbook there, and a few jobs only one person knows how to do. Business systems often grow that way. Dan has worked that way himself.

There’s no embarrassment in showing us how things work today. We’ll listen, explain the options and help you decide where to start. Sometimes a better process or a connection between existing tools is enough.

Straight answers

A few things you might be wondering.

What can business automation help with?

Business automation can help with repeated data entry, onboarding, reminders, document handling and regular reporting. We first understand the process, then agree which steps can run automatically and which need a person’s judgement.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Often, yes. We check available integrations, APIs, account plans and access permissions before proposing a connection. We also agree which record is authoritative and how missed updates will be handled.

Do we need AI for every automation?

No. Clear rules are often enough for reminders, record updates and document routing. AI may help organise or summarise information; we assess its usefulness and agree how the output will be checked.

What happens if an automation fails?

We agree how failures are detected, who is notified and how work can continue. Depending on the process, that can include bounded retries, another contact method or a task for someone to resolve.

Where should we start, and what does it cost?

Start with a free 45-minute introductory call. If a deeper assessment would help, our £295 Systems Review covers up to three systems and two workflows. We waive or credit the review fee when you proceed with more than £2,000 of quoted implementation work. Builds and ongoing support are quoted separately.
